Order Confirmation:
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized.
Dispatch:
At Vortex Cycles, our goal is to offer reliable and efficient shipping services across the United States. We are committed to delivering a smooth and timely shipping experience for every customer.
Once your order is placed, you will be notified with updates regarding your order status and shipping progress. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery.
Processing Times & Delivery Times:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Shipping time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Shipping Carrier: USPS
- Daily cut-off time: 04:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Missouri.
Orders placed before 6:00 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
Shipping costs and time:
- Shipping Charge for accessories: $20.
- Shipping Charge for the Electric Bike: $75.
Order Acceptance & Pricing:
Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Suspicions of fraud
- Payment verification issues
We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity, or banking details, before accepting your order.
Price accuracy:
We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this error. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed for incorrect pricing even if they have already been confirmed and paid for.
After Placing Your Order:
You will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- Your proof of payment
Please also check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see a confirmation in your inbox.
Still haven't received anything?
Track your order:
You can track your order with the tracking number that you received via the shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at info@vortexcycles.bike, and we will be happy to help you.
Order Address Changes
Customers may request a change to the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this time, orders are automatically processed and sent to our fulfillment center, and address changes may no longer be possible.
