Cancelation policy

VortexCycles Order Cancellation Policy:

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once processing begins (picking, packing, or label creation), cancellations are not possible.
If shipped, see our Returns & Refund Policy instead.

How to Cancel:
Email info@vortexcycles.bike or call +1 (855) 970-3574 with your order number and details. We’ll review and respond within 24 hours.

Approved Cancellations:

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.” 

 

Exceptions :

Custom, personalized, sale/final sale, or non-cancellable items (as noted on the product page) cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, fraud) with a full refund.
