Price Match Policy

We're a factory-authorized dealer for every brand we carry, which means we sell at the manufacturer's approved price — the same price any legitimate dealer is permitted to advertise. If you find that price beaten by another authorized retailer, we'll match it.

How to Request a Price Match

Email info@vortexcycles.bike with the product name, a link to the competitor's listing, and your name. We'll review and respond within one business day. If the request qualifies, we'll honor the match before you order, or refund the difference if you've already purchased within the last 7 days.

What Qualifies

Identical item. Same brand, model, model year, configuration, and color.
Authorized dealer only. The competing seller must be a factory-authorized retailer for that brand and must be operating within the brand's MAP guidelines.
In stock. The item must be currently in stock and available to purchase at the competitor's advertised price at the time of your request.
Publicly advertised. The price must appear on a public product page. Screenshots, quotes, cart-only pricing, and prices behind a login do not qualify.
Same terms. The comparison must be like-for-like on shipping, taxes, and delivery region.

What Doesn't Qualify

Unauthorized sellers, gray-market importers, and third-party marketplace listings, including eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and liquidators.
Used, refurbished, open-box, floor-model, demo, damaged, or clearance units.
Bundles and free-gift promotions. Offers that include a free or discounted second bike, battery, accessory kit, or other add-on are not price matches and cannot be matched or valued as a discount.
Financing offers. Promotional APR, extended payment terms, or lease-to-own pricing.
Coupon codes, cashback, loyalty points, employee or military pricing, member-only rates, referral credits, and gift-card-with-purchase offers.
Doorbusters, flash sales, limited-quantity events, Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing, going-out-of-business sales, and typographical or pricing errors.
Auction, bid, or negotiated pricing.
Competitor prices that are below the manufacturer's approved minimum advertised price. A seller violating MAP is, by definition, not operating as an authorized dealer in good standing.

Additional Terms

Price match requests must be submitted before purchase, or within 7 days of your order date for a post-purchase adjustment.
Limit one price match per customer per item, and no more than two per household in any 12-month period.
We will not match a price that would result in a sale below our cost.
Price matching does not apply to shipping protection, protection plans, or any service product.
VortexCycles reserves the right to verify any competitor's authorized-dealer status, to request additional documentation, and to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.
We may modify or discontinue this policy at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your request governs.
