In terms of motor selection, our R&D center conducts various comparative experiments on different types of motors, including temperature rise test, noise&vibration test, protection level test, etc.
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the results, our R&D team has selected the most suitable motor for fat tire electric bicycles--CZJB 300w brush-less motor.It can provide a higher speed range with better thermal performance.It is more efficient and offer more precise motion control than their brushed DC counterparts.

Fat tires will also give riders a more comfortable riding experience, High-volume tires allow you to run low tire pressures, and low tire pressures typically beget a more comfortable ride. Fat tires take that notion to the extreme. Whereas you might run 60+ psi for a road bike, 40+ psi for a hybrid, and 20+ psi for a mountain bike, fat tire electric bikes allow you to ride with as little as 5 to 10 psi in your tires. You'll want to add pressure for pavement and remove air for off-road riding but the overall decrease in tire pressure allows the tires to compress over bumps, smoothing out the ride for you.

The advantage of the transmission is that it can help you effectively reduce your physical exertion in the case of poor physical strength. So it will be easier if you choose a lighter gear than when riding. So the benefits of variable speed cars are indeed too many.

Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised), our protocol is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account. In order to have more control over this unfortunate fulfillment delay, we must process your payment when your order is placed to prevent:
- Undesired delays in receipt of your product by you until proper information can be provided by you to us because of unintentional change of payment information.
- Intentional attempts at fraudulent receipt of products by way of purposely providing false payment information.

While Waiting...
If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:
- Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately after so we can refund your original order.
- If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at info@vortexcycles.bike with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.
- Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.
Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you). We will continue to diligently work on your behalf with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and advise on freight and tracking information when it is made available to us.
Lastly, all ETA's are subject to change. VortexCycles does not and cannot control any timeline regarding orders due to us solely being an Authorized Dealer of each of the brands we sell, not the brand/manufacturer of the products ourselves.
