Freego Limited Warranty And Policy
1. 20-Days Money Back: For 20 days after the date of purchase, return your Undamaged / Unused Freego product and receive a refund.
2. 2-year Warranty: We offer 2-year warranty for the electric bike and scooter.
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Company will, at is options:
1. Send the new parts to replace the defective parts. Most of the parts are fairly easy to replace with our YouTube video instructions.
2. Exchange the affected Products with functionally equivalent Products that are new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS IN USA, HERE ARE THE PROCESSES:
1. Contact our support team to provide your order No and detail information of the defectiveness, some photos or a short 15 seconds video will be helpful. A pre-paid return label will be provided to you via email once the case of warranty is confirmed.
(Kindly keep in mind:our tech support bases on the information you provide with us and according to our best experiences and knowledge with the product to diagnose the issue to determine the issue, the better information you could provide, the quicker the process can be)
Tip :Freego will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.
2. Once the products are received and fixed, you will receive an email detailing the warranty service along with the return shipment's tracking number.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (grip tape, wheels & bearings) unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Freego;
3. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
4. Ordinary wear and tear;
5. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Freego with the Products;
6. Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
Manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to new complete scooters and bikes purchased from Freego Store and our authorized retailers. Scooters and bikes purchased elsewhere(unauthorized re-seller), used condition, or second-hand are NOT covered under our standard warranty. Freego Store reserves the final right to explain the details of the above policy.
Freego Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
A return request must meet the following criteria:
• We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error(receiving defects or the wrong item)
• Delayed shipment. If the goods are not delivered on time due to the special situation of Freego, we will refund all the fees.
• We will charge you restocking fees for opened, tested, or used items depending on the condition of the item.
• Must require a 10% restocking fee for customer changing their minds or refusing a shipment.
• All customers must provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and a reason for the return.
• We will gladly provide your refund 3 days after we receive the item and inspect it.
• Any shipping charges incurred when returning the product to Freego are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can reach to us via email and follow our Return and Refund Policy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Confirmation
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase). This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
Product Quality Guarantee
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your items do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to info@vortexcycles.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised), our protocol is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account. In order to have more control over this unfortunate fulfillment delay, we must process your payment when your order is placed to prevent:
- Undesired delays in receipt of your product by you until proper information can be provided by you to us because of unintentional change of payment information.
- Intentional attempts at fraudulent receipt of products by way of purposely providing false payment information.
- Collecting and handling of your sensitive financial information through a delayed date of order fulfillment and shipment. Our strict internal controls are in place to limit impressions or realities of fraud, and we make every effort to not, at any point, be in possession of your sensitive financial information.
Therefore we do this to avoid costly and frustrating postponements, cancellations, rerouting, and in some cases unfortunate fraudulent receipt of shipments. This usually happens due to intentional or unintentionally submitted false payment information. Therefore, this back-order protocol has been put in place to limit unnecessary and excessive costs of doing business, which allows us to keep our prices lower for you, our customer. Thank you for your patience and understanding with any back-order you may place with us.
While Waiting...
If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:
- Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately after so we can refund your original order.
- If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at info@vortexcycles.bike with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.
- Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.
Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you). We will continue to diligently work on your behalf with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and advise on freight and tracking information when it is made available to us.
